Once the Discovery process is completed, we then proceed to the next stage, and issue a building contract, specifications, tender and plans. This will outline all of the details in your construction. It outlines the construction progress schedule from stage to stage, all the way to lockup and handover. We also outline all of the materials and finishes being used in your construction, to give you an understanding of what will be added into your completed home. We can review this together, to establish that you are happy with what your new house will look like. From approval, we can then commence the building process.
