Our process is simple and easy:
Discovery:
Your home is probably one of the most important things in your life, and we understand that. That is why we initially start with our Discovery process, in which we sit down together with you, and discover all of your needs with building your home, to ensure we build the perfect home for you. We discuss features, specifications, size, bedrooms, and requirements that suit your family. We also discuss your budget and pricing, to make sure that everything is within your means, and you are happy. We leave no stone unturned, our customers are important to us, so we strive for the best in all of the little details
Contract & Plans:
Once the Discovery process is completed, we then proceed to the next stage, and issue a building contract, specifications, tender and plans. This will outline all of the details in your construction. It outlines the construction progress schedule from stage to stage, all the way to lockup and handover. We also outline all of the materials and finishes being used in your construction, to give you an understanding of what will be added into your completed home. We can review this together, to establish that you are happy with what your new house will look like. From approval, we can then commence the building process.
Construction:
This is the most exciting part of the home building process, and where all of the action takes place. We work in coordination through the building process, and work swiftly on deadlines according to the progress schedule outlined in building contract. As each stage goes up, we take a primary focus in maintaining direct communications with our clients, to ensure full transparency on the progress of the building. We take a tremendous amount of care in all of our projects, to sustain excellent quality in all of our work. Our experienced team is dedicated to customer satisfaction, and ensuring our pristine finishes.
Handover:
As the construction draws to an end, we progress to the lockup stage, and then handover. Your new home is now ready, and everything is certified with an Occupational Certificate. We are dedicated to delivering our newly constructed homes with the best finishes, and providing you with a spectacular finished product.
